How many people can stay in one room?
There are two types of rooms
The one bedroom apartments can accommodate 3 people (one on the sofa bed)
The two bedroom apartments can accommodate 4 guests.

What is the cost of putting an extra bed in the room?
There is a sofa bed in the one bedroom apartments. A sofa bed can be put in the two bedroom apartments, subject to availability.

Is it possible to book a double room for single use?
Yes.
(Please note that this indicates that a room could be booked for a lesser rate for a single person)

Are baby cots available for the rooms?
Rollaways and cribs may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.

Do you have special facilities and services available for disabled travelers?
No.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Smoking and no smoking rooms are available – please express your preference when you book.

Do I have to pay extra taxes?
No, taxes and service charges are also included.

Cancellation charges
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of accommodation will be charged.

The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

Do special offers have a different cancellation policy?
Yes, reservations made using our special offers can not be modified or cancelled as soon as they have been confirmed. Once your booking is made the total charge for your stay must be payed via wire transfer or credit card. For any other special offer, please refer to the related cancellation policy.

Does the hotel offer Internet access?
Yes, all rooms have an Internet connection and Wi-Fi is available in reception.

How much does the internet connection cost?
Costs for internet connection throughout the residence are free.
